Location:-
On the shores of Lake Tanganyika
on a long stretch of golden sandy beach under the magnificent
Mahale Mountains range lies Nkungwe Luxury Tented Camp overlooking
the crystal clear waters of the lake, the breathtaking sunsets,
the magnificent Mountains of Congo and the beautiful spectacle
of a fishing fire spread across the lake at night.
The term Nkungwe refers to the highest
peak on the Mahale Mountains ranges, and the camp is built to
epitomize the magnificence of the whole park. Mahale Mountains
National Park is so pristine and remote that even after having
been visited by famous personalities such as Bill Gates, its still
remains away from the mainstream attention, which makes it even
more attractive to visit.
